About Jamie Hodgins

Jamie Hodgins is an innovator and advocate in competitive dance with over two decades as a performer, choreographer, adjudicator, casting agent, producer and Executive Director of the International Competitive Dancer Registry (ICDR). He has danced and collaborated with global stars (Madonna, Ariana Grande, Nick Jonas, Demi Lovato), appeared in CAMP ROCK 2 and HAIRSPRAY, and directed productions for organizations including the Toronto Symphony Orchestra and the National Ballet of Canada.  At the ICDR, he has championed a centralized, secure system to protect dancer media, verify identities, and preserve achievements—driving fairness, transparency, and safety across studios and competitions while advancing artistry and opportunity for the next generation.

About Jerome Bobb

Jerome Bobb is a dynamic and respected performer, teacher, choreographer, and most notably, a national dance competition and event producer. About the International Competitive Dancer Registry (ICDR)

ICDR is an independent, privacy-compliant platform designed to support safety, fairness, and data integrity in competitive dance. Focused on youth dancers and the organizations that serve them, ICDR verifies dancer and legal guardian identities, confirms age and eligibility information, protects sensitive data and performance media, and provides operational tools such as participant tracking and centralized waiver management. Operating separately from registration, scoring, and media providers, ICDR functions as a neutral industry resource that preserves verified records of participation and achievement across events and seasons, reducing reliance on fragmented or unverified information while strengthening trust throughout the competitive dance ecosystem.
